The teenage years are a time to find a place in this world. Biologically speaking a niche. A niche is an organism's home and what they do. (think job, school, ect.) In terms of Biology no two organisms can retain the same niche. In non-science geek terms, this means individuality. Individuality is one of the many stress causers of being a teenager.
Teens need a productive place where they can vent, or talk about things that bother them, without being judged. A friend. No this website isn't your best friend, but, it gives you advice for finding your best friend if you haven't already.
Oz and Neverland is about surviving this crucial time of being a teenager and using this time to it's full potential.

Its less about evil step-mothers and more about breaking the spell

There will be trials, pirates, evil queens, wicked witches, deceitful magic mirrors, cruel kings
Along the way mermaids will frolic in the water, birds will sing in the sky, yellow brick roads will lead you on
A lost boy's crow call will wake you up after you stay the night with seven dwarfs.
Prince Charming will attempt to save you
When you get their singing mice will greet you
You will realize your not in Kansas anymore
You have your own world
When you find it, the hard part dies and, and life begins

The Teenage Expierience: Making it out of these insane years alive is no small feat. The drama of it all seems so unrealistic, and if you think about it is unrealistic. The Teenage Expierience is the crazy hormones, zits, and highschool drama.
But, more importantly, this is a time to find our identity.
